Sessions are varied and fun from cardio training using a heart rate monitor for optimal results to HIIT training, flexibility work, or boot camp circuits. All equipment is provided.
With decades of experience in the industry, Alen also advises and mentors personal trainers who want to improve their own businesses, with advice on strategies, customer service and sales.
